Shipping times and delivery dates provided by Lucky in Luxe or displayed at checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Lucky in Luxe will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within any timeframe communicated to the customer.

Lucky in Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, transportation interruptions, government actions, customs processing, or other unforeseen events. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

Once merchandise has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery remains subject to the carrier's terms, procedures, and delivery network. Lucky in Luxe will reasonably assist customers with eligible carrier claims involving lost or damaged shipments.

For approved international shipments, customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements and for paying any duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees unless Lucky in Luxe expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Lucky in Luxe will accurately declare merchandise and shipment value as required by applicable law and will not alter customs declarations to avoid duties, taxes, or other legal requirements.

Lucky in Luxe reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy as our shipping services, carrier relationships, or legal requirements evolve. Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter the shipping terms applicable to an order already accepted by Lucky in Luxe.
